CHINAN COOPERATIIVE HOUSING SOCITY DOLOMUTCH CHITRAL

Dated:- 19.07.2013.

 

 

  1. Establishment of the Society:-  The Chinar cooperative housing society was established/registered on 14th October 1987. Registration allotted dated on 14th October 1987.The  main purpose/objectives of the establishment of the said society are  as here under.
    1. To settled the People/Members belonging far flung areas of Chitral
    2. To settled those people who were already engaged in Business or occupying different type of jobs in the city Chitral.
    3. To facilitate the accommodation of the students studying in various Educational institutions in Chitral.

 

  1. Formation of Panel:-  Panel of the society were formed consisting 37 members .They were authorized to decide to select and purchase the site and finally they have selected the site as situated in north west of Chitral town Dolomutch which is about 7th kilometers away from city chitral and 2 km away from Garumchashma road.

3:- Purchase of Land.

  • Phase-1:- a piece of land measuring 44.4 Chakawarum(95 Kanals) situated at Dolomutch about 8 km north west of chitral town, chitral given to chinar cooperative housing society by chinar associate in shape of plats/lands. The cost of the land is 3000000/= (thirty lac only), the amount arranged by Silver Jublee Development Agency. The were 42 plots of A type (each plot 400, sq yards),(14marlas) each plot, 83 plots of B type (each 240 sp,yards),(8marlas) and 54 plots of C type each 125 sq, yards), (4.4 marlas). Hence the total plots measuring are 33.54 chakawarum (71.78 kanals) and remaining 10.86 chakawrum (23.24 kanals) left for roads,children parks and Nalas etc. initially the cost of A,B,C type plots were Rs. 32000/-25000/-15000 respectively. According to the present market rate the plots of A,B,C are under
  • A type plot per sq ft 500 Total sq ft is 3600*500=1800000/ (Eighteen lac Pakistani)
  • B type plot per sq ft 500, Total sq ft is 2160*500=1080000/=( Ten lac & Eighty Thosand only)
  • C type plot per sq ft 500, Total sq ft is 1080*500=540000/ =( Five lac & forty

      Thousand only)

            .    Phase-2:- Due to emergency selling of the land by the land owner to other party as attached to land of Society,the Chinar housing Society were compelled to purchase the land and finally purchased the piece of land adjoined ‘A’ type plots measuring 5.34 chakawrum (11.43 kanals) purchased from Shahzada Riazuddin and distributed among 12 members.

  • Phase-3:-

A piece of slope land adjoining new purchase land 2nd phase measuring (18.55 chakawarum) (39.70 kanals have also being purchase from Shahzada Rizuddin at total cost Rs 17,00,000/-

 

 

 

 

4:- Distribution of Plots:- Distributing of plots to the members were made as according to by laws of the society here under

  • Members will have to buy plots according to their need and financial strength.
  • Choosing and purchasing of plots by the members will be on the basis of first come and first get.
  • The members must be harmonious.

6:- The Chinar Housing Society may not avail any kind of fund by NGOs.

 

The Chinar Housing Society is registered with cooperative Societies in KPK Peshawar and due to that the NGOs are pretending to provide fund  to the said society as keeping in view that the  society is already registered with Govt and is kind of semi Govt corporation.

to do developmental work in colony through the NGOs , the inhabitant in colony have established different type of organizations for social and infrastructure developmental work. The names of the organizations are under.

1:- There are six functioning organization in Male & Female side.

   (“A”,”B”,”C”)

2:- There are two citizen Community Board have been established in Male & Female side.

3:- There is on Dolomutch Educational welfare society (DEWS)has been established for enhance and promote the educational related activates.

 

The details of developmental work in colony are under.

a:- Stone pitching of roads. The stone pitching of roads of the colony have been allotted fund by the AKRSP through (“A”,”B”,”C” organizations in Male Side)

b:- Sewerage line:-Sewerage line, septic tank have bee arranged in the colony by Chinar Housing Society funds.

c:- Constructed of water tank and pump:- To provide Angarghun Soruce Water one water tank and pump to pass water to the tank have been installed by AKRSP chitral allotted fund to the (“A”,”B”,”C” women organizations.

 

d:- leveling of Children park:- Fund for leveling and designing of children park have been allotted by local Govt to CCB Male Dolomutch.

e:-Water sanitation extension program Dolomutch: - Funded by Aga Khan Planning & Building Service Chitral.

f:- Construction of Sewerage Tank: - Funded by Chitral Integrated development Project Chitral.

g:- Black topping of 1& half km roads: - Funded by provisional Govt KPK through MPA Salim Khan Chitral.

h:- Concreted of 1800 ft Roads:- Funded by AKRSP and Chinar Housing Society Dolomutch.  to women organizations Dolomutch.

 

i:- On going mega water supply project to Seenlasht,Dolomutch and Singoor:- Funded by KFW and Community partnership.

j:- Construction of Community Based Middle School:- The structure of the building has been constructed by the community and the major materials used in the construction of schools as arranged by the community, however mineral support has been made possible by the different NGOs.

k:- Construction of Early Child Development Block: - Funded by foreign donor and community partnership.

 

7:- Structure of the Chinar Housing Society:- According to the by laws the said society has tow types of Boar ( Executive Body and General Body)
A:-
Selection of Executive Board:- Every two years the General body select the executive body through over whelming majority and mutual consent. Executive body can have two section. Eg Section-1 Office bearer such as President, Vice president and General Secretary. Section-2 Portfolio Members such as Finance, Admin, Publications, Maintenance, Audit, Women empowerment, NGOs linkages and Coordination.

 

B: - General Body: - All plots/share holders will be member of General Body which are almost consisting of 253.

 

8:-Offaice/Official for Chinar Housing Society:- Office consisting of two rooms are available inside colony and 4th Official in different posts eg 1:- Office Secretary 2: Office Assistant 3:-Watchman 4:- Water supplier are regularly working.

10:- The support of Cooperative Department Chitral:- The Cooperative Department chitral support to the Chinar Housing Society merely on the following field as under.

 

A:- Facilitate auditor for early auditing.

B:- Resolve the confliction regarding encroachment by the members of the Society.

C:- Advice and order to the defaulter members to recover the dues.

D:- Inspection of the society.

E:- Participate yearly General Bodies Meeting.
