      9. To decide Arbitration cases under the Cooperative Societies Act 1925.
      10. Implementation of cooperative societies Act 1925 and Rules 1927.
      11. To supersede/takeover the affairs of Cooperative Societies in case of their   failure/mismanagement. 
      12. To liquidate and cancel registration of dormant Cooperative Societies.
