Social Mobilization/Community Organization
In future any department working with community will give the community organization role to the cooperative department.
All the departments will work with the communities instead of individuals while implementing their programs.
All the developmental and non-developmental programs of Agriculture sector will be implemented with the community as Cooperative Association and these communities will be organized and registered under the Cooperative Societies Act by the Cooperative Department.
All the groups already formed by the Departments will have to be registered by the Cooperative Department.
Support the departments in execution of 3rd party activities
Cooperative department will support the sister departments in execution of a program being undertaken by a third party/agency which would require regular monitoring of the progress of activities for timely implementation and completion of a program.
The Cooperative Department will bring in to the notice of all stakeholders any problem or issue hampering the implementation of the programs especially time bound and target oriented programs to avoid undue delays.
Third Party Validation of Current and ADP Project Activities.
The participatory-based execution of developmental and non-developmental activities through registered Cooperative Associations will facilitate third party validation of implementation of activities.
It will also help monitoring of the progressive work of a given program and its end use verification.
